The Face Forge –
Where Artistry meet Technology

Our Mask Craftsmanship
Silicone custom mask and face replicas, these are what team Face Forge specialise in. We offer 3D scanning and 3D modelling services to design your perfect mask with you. We can reproduce a model’s face (either by 3D scanning or 3D sculpting from pictures) and replicate it in the form of a mask or bust.
At The Face Forge, we are pioneering the art of hyper-realism in custom silicone masks and face replicas. Whether for cosplay, film, special effects, medical training, or humanoid robotics, our masks offer unparalleled detail, comfort, and lifelike movement. From (non medical) cosmetic prosthetics to full-body suits, we push the boundaries of materials like silicone, latex, and advanced polymers to craft ultra-realistic, durable, and wearable creations.
Embraced by industries like film, security, robotics, and medicine, The Face Forge delivers superior mask solutions that exceed expectations and elevate identities with precision and artistry.
